I just found funnel web a few weeks ago and love it but I have found many problems with the way it ranks things and so I was thinking about rewriting it into a .net app that I could then convert into a web service so I could run it remotely. has anyone worked on a rebuild of this app?

There has been passing interest in rewriting FW, but unfortunately even though Quest does not support or sell the product any longer, they still have reserved the licensing and source code. In short, even though there is a community interested in developing the product further, there is no way we can do that short of writing a new program.

If there are enough people interested in development, I will open another forum so everyone can discuss the matter.
